Presentation Graphics / Boards or PowerPoint

Presentation Boards are sometimes the best way to illustrate project concepts to your client during a meeting. They are low tech, crisp and clean and can be printed any size. Detailed information is more readable on one of these high resolution boards. They can laminated for protection and sheen and framed with black metal to protect the edges. Best for small groups or situations where something needs to be displayed for people to walk up and inspect these boards can be simple or very complex depending on specific needs.

Your choice of how to present your ideas will depend on comfort level with the mediums and size of audience.

With a small audience boards might be a better idea than a PowerPoint presentation that tends to focus the audience's attention away from the speaker.

But sometimes it just has to be PowerPoint. Because of file size issues and possible compatibility problems I have not included Powerpoint presentations here.
